RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy from the date the item was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Shipping
To return your product, contact us at hi@thecolorcaddy.com with your order number and we will send you a return shipping label. We will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your item credit. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective, in which case, shipping costs will be paid by ColorCaddy, LLC.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
After it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days from your conformation email of us receiving your return, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, send us an email at hi@thecolorcaddy.com and include your order number.
